5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may reschedule sessions free of charge if notified at least 7 days prior. Cancellations made 7 to 3 days before the session start are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 3 days prior or after a session commencement are not eligible for refund to ensure fair compensation for reserved time.

Requests for refunds or rescheduling should be made via Contact Us. Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days.

5.2 Information Products

All digital downloads are delivered immediately after purchase. Due to the immediate access provided, purchases of information products are final and non-refundable unless a defect prevents access or download. In such cases, please contact us for assistance.

5.3 Physical Goods

Customers may return unused goods within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original condition. To initiate a return, contact us at Contact Us and follow the provided instructions. Refunds are processed to the original form of payment within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreenAllix and its affiliates are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or products.

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada.
